At Stylex Party we aim to deliver the best possible service to our customers including quick order filling and timely dispatch. Please note however, that sometimes stock for an order may be located in a seperate Branch or location which can sometimes cause delays.

General Delivery

All Standard orders placed before 1.30pm will be posted on the same working day, this does exclude weekends and bank hoildays and if you were to place your order on a Saturday this would be posted on the next working day (Monday).

For DPD next working day deliveries all orders placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 1.30pm will be processed the next working day (not including bank hoildays). If you were to place your order on Friday after 1.30pm your order will not be processed till Monday and will arrive on Tuesday or wednesday depending on Seasonal changes.

All DPD Services offer a 95% chance of next working day delivery but on some occasions your order may be recieved the next following day or longer depending on circumstances.

Royal Mail Special guaranteed by 1pm orders must be placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note that Sunday Deliveries are unfortunately unavailable.

The only guaranteed Next working day service currently provided is Via the Royal Mail Special guaranteed by 1pm service.

Free Delivery On Orders over £4.99

We offer free delivery on all orders in the UK if the value of your order is over the amount of £4.99, if your order is under the value of £100 your order will dispatched with a standard Royal Mail 48 tracked service which will take bewteen 2-4 working days.
